CORRECTIONS:
1. At 13:08, when you use the "misinform" scenario 2 action, you can only send the occupier to another adjacent road of YOUR current location, so you always lose 1 or 2 Alibi in addition to the safety loss, depending on if it is a policeman or soldier.
2. At 23:30, the extra Halt! Cards will be part of an optional paid add-on available during the Kickstarter campaign.
